financial information from our clients. If you are a client of Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC, you
should know that all information that we receive from you is held in confidence, and is not released to
people outside the firm, except as agreed to by you, or as required under an applicable law.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose any of this non-public personal information about our Clients to anyone, other than
to our affiliates, and except as permitted by law, such as to our attorneys, auditors, and regulators
and certain service providers including account custodians and administrators, in such case, only as
necessary to facilitate the acceptance and management of our relationship with you. We will also
release information about you if you direct us to do so, if compelled to do so by law, or in connection
with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation.
Retention of Information
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist
you with your professional needs and in, some cases, to comply with our standards of professional
practice. In order to protect the privacy of nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards. We restrict
employee access to customer information to only those who have a business reason to know such
information, and we educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer
