Staci is responsible for managing the HR team and directing the development and changes to CRFS HR policies, procedures and practices. Staci also manages the CRFS’ training department which creates all training materials, provides training to new employees, and administers additional periodic training to existing staff as refresher courses and to update operational procedures.
Staci has over 17 years of comprehensive human resources experience including policy and procedure development, organization design, talent acquisition and management, HRIS management, internal training, performance management, compliance, employee relations, payroll administration, salary and benefits administration, acquisitions and downsizing, employee activities, and company communications. She obtained her B.S. degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice at SUNY Brockport and her M.P.S degree (Master of Profession Studies) at Alfred University in Alfred, New York.
