As a member of the CRFS executive team, Bill provides strategic leadership in the area of innovation, change and technology. Bill joined CRFS in 2024 with a 45-year executive career in financial services, technology, real estate and law. Having founded a technology start-up in 2006, his relationship with CRFS as a technology service provider began more than ten years ago. Jodi Gaines, CRFS co-founder, and Bill remained professionally associated and as friends; and following Jodi’s repurchase of CRFS and return as CEO, Bill joined in the effort to take CRFS to the next level.
As Chief Innovation Officer, Taylor collaborates with the CRFS management team, CRFS’s customers and industry partners to constantly improve the value CRFS delivers. The executive team is obsessed with maximizing our customers’ recoveries and efficiencies. Bill’s 4+ decades of experience in process efficiency engineering, strategic partnerships, team building and technology architecture and application are brought to bear every day as CRFS forges an ever-brighter future.
