Chris Ball
Director, Information Technology
Chris is responsible for the articulation and implementation of the company’s strategic vision for technology driven business process. In addition, Chris is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the areas of process improvement, client implementation and strategic initiatives. Chris brings over 12 years of Information Technology and Operations experience in the Financial Services industry implementing business process with Federal and State agencies as well as private stakeholders. Specific responsibilities have included direct oversight of projects in business process redesign, technology solutions, data analytics and operational improvement.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo, his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. Chris also serves his community by volunteering with various organizations such as Boy Scouts of America and FIRST Lego League.
