Kelly Rogers
Director of Compliance and Training
In her role as Director of Compliance and Training, Kelly’s primary responsibilities include ensuring the company is compliant with all current and existing regulatory policies and procedures. The team she oversees is responsible for monitoring various industry websites and communication channels to identify upcoming changes, maintaining the change management protocol when changes are identified, as well as scheduling internal audits to validate the effectiveness of the established procedures and controls and ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory agencies. Kelly also has responsibility for the internal training curriculum and all related training and education activities.
Kelly has been with CRFS for over twenty years and has held a variety of leadership roles during that time. Prior to joining CRFS, Kelly worked at M&T Bank and she holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from SUNY Brockport.
