Mariela joined CRFS in 2025, having already had a long career with industry-leading mortgage servicers and banks. Mariela’s loan administration experience is vast, but her most recent decades have been spent full-charge managing claims operations. As the leader of CRFS’s claim production team, that fresh perspective gives CRFS a tremendous advantage to bring its clients’ perspectives into our operation first-hand.
The production and assurance teams work hand-in-hand to ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded every day.
