Mariela joined CRFS in 2025, having already had a long career with industry-leading mortgage servicers and banks. Mariela’s loan administration experience is vast, but her most recent decades have been spent full-charge managing claims operations. As the leader of CRFS’s operations, that fresh perspective gives CRFS a tremendous advantage to bring its clients’ perspectives into our business first-hand. Combining all segments of operations – production, assurance and compliance teams – improves the teams’ achievement of hand-in-hand efforts to ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded every day.
