Michael’s primary responsibilities with CRFS include the strategic development, management and project execution of both the Information Systems and Information Technology corporate infrastructure. His responsibilities also include overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals, directing the effective delivery of networks that support the business, and ensuring the safety and security of both internal and client data at all times.
Michael brings over 30 years of IT experience to the company, and prior to joining CRFS he was operating his own full service consulting firm with a focus on IT infrastructure and project management. Michael has diversified industry experience that includes financial services, telecommunications, and the military. His experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of IT for a bank where he developed the mortgage division’s IT environment from the ground-up and brought their lending and banking products delivery model to a combination Cloud / Hosted solution.
