VP of Client Engagement and Strategy
In his role as VP of Client Engagement and Strategy, Ryan has responsibility for business development and managing the company’s existing client relationships. Ryan also has the Project Management and Client Relations teams reporting to him. Additionally, his responsibilities include developing, facilitating, and implementing new ideas and innovative strategies within CRFS’ business model.
Ryan brings to his role more than 14 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, including ten with CRFS where he most recently held the position of Director of Innovation. Ryan holds a Bachelors’ Degree from SUNY Brockport and is a 2019 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College with a Masters’ Degree in Strategic Leadership (MSL).
