Manager, Human Resources
Sean is CRFS’ Human Resources Manager and is responsible for strategic people initiatives related to staffing, performance management, and professional development for all levels of the organization. Sean joined CRFS in 2016 as an HR Business Partner and was named HR Manager in 2019.
Sean has 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership that includes the development of key people metrics and how they support an organization’s financial success. Sean has significant experience with employee relations including high risk matters central to the organization, benefits, leave administration, and staff recruiting and retention. Sean graduated from Nazareth College with a Masters of Management in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Management. Sean currently sits on an Orleans County Workforce Development Board and is a member of 2019 Class of Leadership Orleans.
