Chris joined the CRFS team in 2016 and is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple claim types including Conventional, VA, Government, and FHA Claims. Chris is also responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients and business lines. Chris has a proven track record of client satisfaction.

Chris has 30+ years of claims management experience with an emphasis on staff development, production accountability, and leveraging Lean processes to gain efficiencies. Prior to joining CRFS Chris utilized this experience to help multi-million dollar health care organizations meet and surpass client expectations while improving the company’s bottom line.
