Jodi Gaines
CEO/Founder
As CEO, Ms. Gaines has built CRFS into a highly successful and respected industry leader offering a full range of claims management solutions. From its inception in 2002, she has been instrumental in growing the company from just one employee to over 200 employees and servicing numerous clients throughout the US. With over 23 years of default and claims industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight. She regularly attends industry conferences, and is often asked to speak on various panels, including those responsible for the development of claims standards & procedures for the industry.
Ms. Gaines recently established a Claims Working Group along with HUD, which includes numerous representatives from HUD, MBA, various vendors as well as representation from more than 15 Servicers nationally.
Prior to starting CRFS, she previously held various management roles at Washington Mutual, North American Mortgage, Dime Savings Bank and Anchor Mortgage Services. Ms. Gaines was announced as a 2010 member of the prestigious Presidential Who’s Who Organization and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Default Attorney Group and her local United Way organization.

Anthony Di Staulo
Assistant Vice President of Client Relations and Marketing
Anthony is responsible for all aspects of the company’s client relations and marketing efforts. He is charged with championing an environment of building strong client relationships and commitments. Additional responsibilities include new business development and client implementation, contract negotiations, client retention, liaison between the client and CRFS operations team and all company wide marketing and public relations initiatives.
Prior to joining CRFS in October 2010; his background includes several key sales and marketing positions in companies such as Lender Processing Field Services, Prudential Financial and Nestle USA. Anthony holds an M.B.A in International Business and a B.S. in Organizational Management. He is also an active member of the Default Attorney Group, National Association of Mortgage Field Services and his local Habitat for Humanity organization.

Sean Snook
Assistant Vice President of Operations- Conventional Claims
Sean is the Assistant Vice President of Operations for conventional claims. He is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the filing of all conventional claims (FNMA, FHLMC and MI), managing payment follow-up and Explanations of Benefits (EOB) group, and keeping abreast of any current industry changes.
He has more than 11 years experience providing operational support and training. Prior to CRFS, Sean worked in various management roles at Washington Mutual. During his tenure there, he was responsible for cash application receivables, training and customer service.

Lynette Richter
Default Consulting Manager
As the Default Consulting Manager Lynette is responsible for managing the CRFS consulting group. She is challenged with providing recommendations and assistance to clients in the areas of time -line management, performance based reimbursement structures and ways to reduce costs for investors, insurers and servicers.
With over 25 years’ management, technical, and consulting background in the mortgage servicing profession, Lynette has performed Servicing and Claims HUD Audits on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additionally, has managed the oversight of a nationwide attorney network audit program and provided onsite technical assistance to lenders during HUD Audits. Prior to CRFS Lynette was the Director of Quality Assurance with the consulting firm Lyons McCloskey, LLC.

Dan Zatkos
Human Resource Manager
Dan joined CRFS as human resource manager in March 2010. As a member of the leadership team, he is responsible for providing ongoing counsel, guidance and support to management on a broad range of human resources and business issues including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, communications and organizational and operational effectiveness.
Previously, Dan served as Director of HR for Barden Homes. Additional experience includes a broad range of operations and human resources positions in the hospitality industry with a variety of companies including Ruby Tuesday, Inc and Adams Mark Hotels. Dan holds an MBA from Canisius College and a BS from Florida International University.

Kelly Sargent
Project and Facility Manager
Kelly works closely with the CRFS management team to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific company project goals and objectives. She also is responsible for site facility management. Kelly joined CRFS in August 2007 and served as human resources manager until September 2010 when she became project manager.
Kelly is a United States Air Force Veteran with 20 years of administrative, recruitment and leadership experience. Military schooling completed: Administrative specialist technical training, 3 levels of supervisory and leadership training, recruiting technical training, 2 levels of Professional Selling Skills courses and senior military recruiting liaison management training.
